Agri Kòrsou

Een nieuwe agrarische vereniging is opgericht om de landbouw op Curaçao nieuw leven in te blazen. De vereniging met de naam ‘Agri Kòrsou’ zet zich onder andere in om awerness en vooral mogelijkheden te bieden op het gebied van educatie, zelfontwikkeling en werkgelegenheid in combinatie met de landbouw en agrarische sector.

Het IPE is ook het institut dat de agrarische opleiding samen met Het Huis van Asporaat op Hòfi Mango heeft opgezet. Landbouw op Curaçao zal veel kansen aanbieden. Dit geldt niet alleen voor  besparing op importkosten, maar het geeft ook gezondere producten. Het nieuwe opleidingssysteem werkt namelijk zonder pesticiden en zal in de toekomst onbespoten lokale voeding gaan opleveren.
